Evolve provides massage and body therapy. Evolve does not diagnose medical conditions. Descriptions above refer to the muscular and soft-tissue components addressed in treatment.

Injury + Recovery

Injury changes how you move.

Even after the initial injury improves, the body may continue compensating.

Muscles guard. Movement changes. Other tissues take on additional load.

Evolve works with the muscular, fascial and neuromuscular patterns surrounding injury to support recovery, restore comfortable movement and help reduce recurring compensation.

Sports + Performance

For bodies that are asked to perform.

Whether you compete, train seriously, or simply stay active, sport places specific demands on the body. Evolve works with athletes at every level, supporting recovery, mobility and performance while helping manage the wear that comes with repetitive movement.

Recovery

Support between training blocks, events and competition.

Mobility

Address restriction that limits range and efficient movement.

Repetitive Load

Work with the tissue patterns created by sport-specific demand.

Performance

Keep the body moving well so it can do what you ask of it.

Posture + Movement

The way you move is a pattern.

Posture isn't about standing up straight. It's the accumulated result of how the body sits, stands and moves, every day, for years.

Evolve works with the muscular and fascial patterns behind postural imbalance, helping the body find more comfortable, sustainable and efficient movement.

  • Long hours at a desk or screen
  • Repetitive daily movement patterns
  • Old injuries and compensation
  • How the body has adapted over time
Post-Surgical Recovery

Recovery continues after you're cleared.

Surgery is only the beginning of recovery. Once you have been medically cleared, appropriate body therapy can support the surrounding soft tissue as you return to normal movement.

Evolve works alongside your medical care, never in place of it, adapting to your stage of recovery and always within the guidance of your physician.

Medical clearance is required before beginning any post-surgical work, and treatment is coordinated with the pace your care team sets.

The Evolve Method

Treatment doesn't begin with a massage. It begins with your body.

Most massage follows a routine. At Evolve, treatment begins with what your body is actually doing. Each session is shaped by what is found and adapted as your body changes.

  1. 01 / 04

    Understand

It begins with what's happening in your body: your history, your movement, what you feel and where.

  2. 02 / 04

    Assess

Hands-on and movement assessment to find the muscular, fascial and neuromuscular patterns involved.

  3. 03 / 04

    Treat

Targeted, individualized bodywork drawing on the right techniques for your body, not a fixed routine.

  4. 04 / 04

    Progress

Tracking what changes, adapting the work, and giving you a path forward between sessions.

About Evolve

Two decades of listening to the body.

Evolve was built on a simple conviction: the body is not a problem to be put through a routine. It is a system to be understood.

For more than two decades, I have worked with pain, injury, athletes, postural imbalances, post-surgical recovery and complex muscular patterns. My approach is grounded in careful assessment, precise hands-on work and close attention to how each person moves and responds.

That experience allows me to integrate neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, myofascial techniques and other therapeutic approaches based on what I find, rather than relying on a predetermined massage routine.

Client Experiences

Bodies that came in guarded, and left moving.

After years of being handed the same generic massage, this was the first time someone actually assessed what was happening and worked accordingly. My shoulder finally moves.

Marcus T.

Chronic shoulder pain

As a runner, I've seen plenty of therapists. The difference here is the attention. Every session builds on the last, and my recovery between races has genuinely changed.

Priya S.

Distance runner

I came in after knee surgery once I was cleared. The care was careful, coordinated and completely adapted to where I was in recovery. I trusted the process the whole way.
